Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your plan.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts. All your data will be permanently removed. You can also email hello@tryfirststep.app if you need help.
Is my data private?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your data is never sold or used to train AI models. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
